Predictive Maintenance and CBM+ Support
ASR's Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) support services enable our customers to implement a maintenance strategy that shifts from reactive maintenance to a more proactive, data and AI driven predictive maintenance strategy, where maintenance is performed based on evidence of need. ASR supports the DoD's Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) initiative to improve air, sea, and ground fleet availability and reduce lifecycle costs through more timely, efficient, and effective maintenance.

ASR's approach to providing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and CBM+ support services focuses on the synergy of People, Process, and Technology.
- People
The ASR team is comprised of knowledgeable professionals and domain experts in various disciplines supporting air, sea, and ground logistics, maintenance, and supporting technology for customers including NAVAIR, NAVSEA, and USMC Marine Air Wings (MAW). ASR areas of expertise include logistics planning / processes / procedures, supply and maintenance support, data science / analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cybersecurity, IT operations / maintenance / support, and software development and robotic process automation with Microsoft 365 and custom web / software applications. - Process
ASR professionals are trained and experienced in maintenance and logistics processes, procedures, and methodologies that enable and implement CBM+ and PdM. - Technology / Tools
The ASR team uses modern maintenance and logistics tools including logistics / maintenance information systems (e.g., NALCOMIS OOMA, DECKPLATE, F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System [ALIS]), hardware, software, integrated electronic technical manuals (IETMS), and integrates state of the art technology, including AI.
