ASR honors film legend Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao
August 17, 2012ASR International Corporation’s President & CEO Mr. Rao Anumolu and Mrs. Anumolu honored well-known and internationally recognized film legend Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao (Dr. ANR) at two glittering events held today in Long Island. Paying tribute to Dr. ANR, Mr. Rao Anumolu described him as an artist par excellence, outstanding film hero, acclaimed tragedy king, legendary actor, film luminary, icon of the Telugu film industry, prolific writer, philanthropist, champion of education, cultural ambassador, and a beacon of inspiration for millions of fans around the world. In his remarks, Dr. ANR emphasized training, continual improvement and focus on the audience (customer) as the hallmark of his career extending over several decades. ASR’s corporate culture also reflects our commitment to training, continual improvement and customer focus. Several prominent professionals (some of whom are shown below) were also presented with plaques to recognize their outstanding professional achievements.
