Mission Statement: The ASR mission is to provide aerospace,
communications, manufacturing, petrochemical, etc. industries and
government agencies with highly qualified, cost effective IT and
technical engineering support service worldwide in compliance with
ASR’s customer requirements.

technology professionals, engineers, technicians, administrators,
auditors plus other technical disciplines.
2. Increased Information Technology support for domestic and
international customers.
3. Actively seeking what our customers need and expect, and determining
what improvements we can make to our technical support services.
Fostering cooperative relationships to achieve and maintain customer
satisfaction.
4. Provide an environment to deliver the full range of technical
support service that consistently exceeds our customer needs and
expectations as economically and efficiently as possible.
5. Maintain and improve our reputation for skilled and efficient
management and technical support services.
6. Focus on improving our ways of doing business by challenging any
practice or action those result in not meeting the needs of the
customer.
Quality Policy
ASR has established a quality policy as the
framework for focusing and establishing quality objectives. The policy,
goals and objectives determine desired results and assist ASR in
applying its resources to achieve the results, measure the results, and
improve processes accordingly. The contents of this manual, the Quality
Management System and the quality objectives are reviewed annually and
revised to meet the needs of ASR and its customers.
